Requesting a quote is super easy. Just click “Get A Quote!” at the top right of any one of our web pages. We’ll ask you a series of questions about your project and when you’re done, just hit submit. Will respond back to you within 24 hours!
Yes, for Screen Printing, our minimum order requirement is 12 pieces/per design. If you’re looking to get less than 12 pieces made, Heat Transfer Printing would be the better option.
Unfortunately, we do not offer over the phone quotes. We keep all our communication via email so we can refer to it later. This ensures there are no mistakes made from different forms of communication.
If you’re a local customer and want to pick up your order, you can certainly do so between 10:00am-3:00pm EST Monday -Friday. Once your order is complete, we’ll send you pick up instructions.
Most of the time yes, but there are some cases where the garments are not print suitable. All garments must be brought in separated by design/box. Inkwell Print Shop does not guarantee any customer provided garments. We do not accept any used garments to print on.
In order to get the best printing results, We require your design to be sent in vector format. Preferably a .AI file type (Adobe Illustrator). A .JPEG file type is not acceptable.
Yep, we can! In fact, most of our customers have us vectorize their artwork for them. All you have to do is send over your artwork in whatever file type you have your design in and one of our talented graphic designers will take it from there. Just note, there is a one-time fee of $25 for this service.
